Lake Baikal discovery tour takes our travellers to one of the most magnificent landmarks in Siberia – Lake Baikal. During the trip we visit the pearl of Siberia – Irkutsk and stay 4-days on the biggest island on Lake Baikal – Olkhon.
Khuzir – the tiny village we stay on the island offers plenty to discover. Along the trip we get to know the northern part of Olkhon island by touring around with a locally well-know Russian vehicle – UAZ (military light utility vehicle), as well eating traditional Russian fish soup “ukha” and enjoying an evening sauna. We will take a daytrip to another tiny island on this enormous lake – Ogoi to fill our lungs with the refreshing air of the Siberian taiga.
There are no mosquitoes in the area!
